TRIANCINOLONA é um corticosteróide. Ajuda a reduzir o inchaço, vermelhidão, prurido e reacções alérgicas. Este medicamento é utilizado no tratamento de alergias, artrite, asma, problemas dermatológicos e outros.
O que devo dizer ao meu médico antes de tomar este medicamento?
Ele precisa de saber tem alguma destas condições:
- depressão, ansiedade ou distúrbios psicóticos
- diabetes
- infecções, como tuberculose, herpes ou provocadas por fungos
- doença hepática
- osteoporose
- anterior ataque cardíaco
- convulsões
- doenças gastro-intestinais
- doenças da tiróide
- uma reacção alérgica anormal à triancinolona, corticosteróides, outros medicamentos, alimentos, corantes ou conservantes
- se está grávida ou a tentar engravidar
- se está a amamentar
Como devo tomar este medicamento?
Tome este medicamento por via oral com um copo de água. Tome-o com leite ou comida para evitar perturbações gástricas. Para melhores resultados, tome este medicamento por volta das 8:00 horas da manhã. Tome as doses prescritas a intervalos regulares, conforme indicado pelo seu médico. Não tome mais doses deste medicamento do que as indicadas pelo seu médico. Não interrompa a toma do medicamento sem instruções específicas do seu médico. Poderá precisar de reduzir gradualmente a dosagem. Consulte um pediatra relativamente à administração deste medicamento a crianças. Poderão ser necessárias precauções especiais.
Sobredosagem: Se pensa que poderá ter tomado uma dose superior ao prescrito contacte o Centro de Informação Antivenenos ou os serviços de urgência de imediato.
NOTA: Este medicamento é apenas para si. Não o partilhe com outros.
Que fazer se falhei uma toma?
Se falhar uma toma, tome-a assim que puder. Se estiver quase na altura de tomar outra dose, tome apenas essa dose. Nunca tome duas doses deste medicamento.
O que pode interferir com este medicamento?
Não tome este medicamento em simultâneo com os seguintes medicamentos ou compostos:
- mifepristone
Este medicamento pode também interagir com os seguintes:
- aspirina
- outros medicamentos baseados em esteróides

- confusão, depressão, excitação, alterações súbitas de humor
- tonturas

- frequentes perdas de urina
- sede excessiva

- problemas menstruais

- arredondamento da face
- convulsões
- dores de estômago
- transpiração dos pés ou das mãos
- contusões anormais ou pequenas manchas - pintas - vermelhas na pele
- fraqueza e cansaços anormais
Efeitos secundários que normalmente não requerem atenção médica (diga ao seu médico ou profissional de saúde se persistem, ou se são incómodos):
- dores de cabeça
- aumento da transpiração
- dificuldade em dormir
- crescimento anormal de pêlo na face ou corpo
- perturbações do estômago, náuseas

Onde devo guardar o meu medicamento?
Mantenha-o fora do alcance das crianças.
Guarde este medicamento em local seco, a uma temperatura ambiente entre os 15 e os 30 graus centígrados (59 e 86 graus Fahrenheit). Deite fora os comprimidos não utilizados após expirar o prazo de validade do medicamento.
