Tiene efecto bactericida inhibiendo la construcción de las paredes celularesbacterianas. La ampicilina se absorbe fácilmente, no se destruye en el estómago. El medicamento puede luchar contra la salmonella, schigella, Proteus, E. coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, antes conocida como bacilo de Pfeiffer.
Instrucciones
Se recomienda tomar el medicamento como se lo indique su médico. Tómelo con un vaso grande de agua, media hora antes o 2 horas después de la comida.
Precauciones
Antes de comenzar su tratamiento con ampicilina: dígale a su médico si tiene alergia a la penicilina ocefalosporinas, diarrea. El medicamento puede mostrar falsos resultados positivos de algunas pruebas de orina.
Contraindicaciones
Los pacientes con hipersensibilidad a la ampicilina y la insuficiencia hepática, el asma, fiebre del heno deben tener cuidado de usar el medicamento.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Efectos secundarios pueden ser los siguientes: diarrea, fiebre, prurito, náuseas, erupción cutánea, colitis, dolor en la lengua o la boca, vómitos.
Interacción con otros medicamentos
La ampicilina puede interactuar con los anticonceptivos orales y medicamentos para la coagulación de la sangre.
Dosis olvidada
Tome la dosis que olvidó tan pronto como sea posible y si se toma dos veces al día, tome la siguiente dosis 5-6 horas más tarde. Si usted toma el medicamento tres veces al día, tome la dosis que olvidó tan pronto como se acuerde y haga lo siguiente en 2-4 horas. Nunca exceda la dosis.
Sobredosis
