Dosage et administration

Effets secondaires possibles
Il est nécessaire de contrôler l'état du sang parce que parfois Cloromycetin peut provoquer de graves, voire mortelles maladies du sang, (par exemple, une hypoplasie de moelle osseuse, l'anémie aplastique). Il est possible que le traitement avec des agents antibactériens peut changer la flore normale du côlon et il peut provoquer des troubles intestinaux de la diarrhée légère à une colite mortelle. Aussi dans de rares cas le syndrome gris chez un bébé est possible (les nouveau-nés). Il implique l'hypothermie, la cyanose, la flaccidité et un collapsus circulatoire qui est souvent mortel.
Interaction des médicaments
Omission de dose
Ne prenez jamais plus que la dose prescrite, même si vous en avez oublié une. Essayez de la prendre dès que possible. Ou, si c'est trop tard, il suffit de la sauter et de prendre votre prochaine dose le jour suivant selon la posologie habituelle.
Surdosage
En cas si vous pensez que vous pourriez avoir une surdose de Chloromycetin vous devriez chercher de l'aide médicale immédiatement. Les symptômes de surdose de Chloromycetin sont les suivants: des ecchymoses ou des saignements, le mal de gorge persistant, une fièvre ou une fatigue inhabituelle, des maux de tête, une dépression légère, une confusion mentale, des éruptions cutanées, l’angiœdème, des selles sanglantes et aqueuses (avec ou sans crampes d'estomac et fièvre).
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à température ambiante entre 59-77 degrés F (15-25 degrés C) dans un endroit sombre et sec. Gardez-le auprès des enfants et des animaux domestiques. Vérifiez la date d'expiration!
