Indicazioni
Precauzioni
Evitare di bere alcol mentre si sta assumendo il farmaco e per almeno 3 giorni dopo aver terminato il trattamento. Si possono avere effetti collaterali spiacevoli, come :battito cardiaco accelerato, forte nausea, vomito, sudorazione, calore o formicolio sotto la pelle. Non utilizzare in caso di gravidanza o allattamento.
Controindicazioni
Le persone con allergia al Tinizadole,le donne incinta o in periodo di allattamento non possono utilizzare il farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza se si manifesta uno dei seguenti sintomi di un allergia:orticaria, difficoltà respiratorie, tumore della pelle. Chiamare subito il proprio medico se si ha un grave effetto collaterale come: febbre, sintomi influenzali, sensazione di formicolio, convulsioni, nausea, diarrea.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Il farmaco può interagire con amiodarone, cimetidina, colestiramina, ciclosporina, desametasone, fluorouracile, griseofulvina, litio, rifampicina, antibiotici, farmaci anti-HIV. Si noti inoltre che l'interazione fra due farmaci non sempre significa che si deve smettere di assumere uno di loro. Solitamente quello che delle possibili interazioni farmacologiche colpiscono è l 'effetto del farmaco, perciò è necessario consultare il proprio medico su come le interazioni sono gestite o dovrebbero essere gestite .
