Posologie
Précautions
Évitez de boire d'alcool pendant le traitement et au moins 3 jours après la fin. Vous pouvez avoir des effets secondaires désagréables tels que des battements cardiaques rapides, des nausées sévères, des vomissements, la transpiration et de la chaleur ou des picotements sous la peau. Ne l’utilisez pas si vous êtes enceinte ou allaitez.
Contre-indications
N’utilisez pas le médicament si vous avez une réaction allergique à Tinidazole, si vous êtes enceinte ou si vous allaitez.
Effets secondaires possibles
Obtenez de l'aide médicale d'urgence si vous avez un de ces signes d'une allergie: l’urticaire, une difficulté respiratoire, une tumeur cutanée. Appelez votre médecin immédiatement si vous avez un des effets secondaires sérieux tels que la fièvre, des symptômes de la grippe, un sentiment de picotement, des convulsions, des nausées, une diarrhée.
Interactions des médicaments
Le médicament peut interagir avec l'amiodarone, la cimétidine, la cholestyramine, la cyclosporine, la dexaméthasone, le fluorouracile, la griséofulvine, le lithium, la rifampicine, les antibiotiques, les médicaments contre le VIH. A noter qu’une interaction entre deux médicaments n'entraîne pas toujours l'interruption de la prise de l'un d’eux. Habituellement, cela affecte l'effet du médicament, donc demandez au médecin comment traiter les interactions médicamenteuses. Avant de l'utiliser, informez votre médecin si vous prenez régulièrement d'autres médicaments.
Omission de dose
Prenez la dose oubliée dès que possible. Sautez-la s'il est temps pour votre prochaine dose. Ne prenez pas de doses supplémentaires pour compenser la dose oubliée.
Surdosage
Les symptômes du surdosage ne sont pas connus. Si nécessaire, demandez de l'aide médicale d'urgence immédiatement.
Conservation
Conservez vos médicament à la température ambiante entre 20-25 C (68-77 F).
