Indications
Bupron SR appartient à la classe des antidépresseurs atypiques. Le chlorhydrate de bupropion est son ingrédient actif. Cette substance rétablit l'équilibre naturel des neurotransmetteurs dans le cerveau. On utilise Bupron SR pour traiter la dépression, l'obésité, le sevrage tabagique, le déficit d'attention, l’hyperactivité (TDAH et le trouble bipolaire (phase dépressive).
Dosage et administration
Consultez votre médecin au sujet du dosage exact, puisqu’il dépend de votre état et d'autres facteurs. Généralement, il est recommandé d'utiliser Bupron SR oralement avec un verre d'eau, indépendamment des repas. Mais notez bien que vous devriez faire un intervalle d'au moins de six heures entre deux doses. Ne coupez pas, n’écrasez pas ou ne mâchez pas une pilule, mais juste avalez-la. Vous devriez commencer et terminer un traitement avec Bupron SR seulement selon la prescription du médecin.
Précautions
Contre-indications
N’utilisez pas Bupron SR si vous avez une allergie à l'un de ses composants. Ce médicament n'est pas prescrit pour les femmes enceintes / allaitantes et les enfants.
Effets secondaires possibles
Interaction des médicaments
Vous devez consulter votre médecin au sujet de l'interaction de Bupron SR avec les autres médicaments notamment avec: des inhibiteurs de la MAO (furazolidone, Isocarboxazid, linézolide, moclobémide Tranylcypromine, etc.), les antiarythmiques, les neuroleptiques, les inhibiteurs sélectifs du recaptage de la sérotonine (ISRS).
Omission de dose
Ne prenez jamais plus que la dose prescrite, même si vous en avez oublié une. Essayez de la prendre dès que possible. Ou, si c'est trop tard, il suffit de la sauter et de prendre votre prochaine dose le jour suivant selon votre calendrier posologique habituel.
Surdosage
Si vous pensez que vous pourriez avoir une surdose de Bupron SR vous devriez demander de l'aide médicale immédiatement. Les symptômes de surdose de Bupron SR sont les suivants: des nausées, des battements cardiaques irréguliers, une douleur thoracique, et une sensation de vertige ou un évanouissement.
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à température ambiante entre 68-77 F (20-25 C), dans un endroit sombre et sec. Gardez-le hors de portée des enfants et des animaux domestiques. Vérifiez la date d'expiration!
