Precauciones
Contraindicaciones
Mujeres embarazadas y lactantes y los pacientes con hipersensibilidad a Celexa, no pueden usar el medicamento.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Los efectos secundarios pueden ser los siguientes: pulso rápido e irregular, temblor, ansiedad, visión borrosa, vómitos, fiebre y diarrea. Los efectos secundarios graves son poco probables.
Interacción con otros medicamentos
Celexa puede interactuar con los siguientes medicamentos: inhibidores de la MAO (furazolidona, isocarboxazida, linezolid, moclobemidatranilcipromina), fármacos antiarrítmicos (propafenona, quinidina),serotonina y norepinefrina, inhibidores de la recaptación de serotonina (desvenlafaxina, duloxetina, Milnacipram, venlafaxina), los antipsicóticos, H2-antagonistas de los receptores (cimetidina, ranitidina, famotidina, nizatidina).
Dosis olvidada
Tome la dosis que se ha olvidado tan pronto como sea posible. Si es casi la hora de la nueva ingesta, omítala y continúe con su horario.
Sobredosis
Si usted piensa que tiene una sobredosis de la medicina, debe buscar ayuda médica de inmediato. Los síntomas de sobredosis son dolor en el pecho, náuseas, latido del corazón irregular, y sensación de mareo o desmayo.
