Endep è in un gruppo di farmaci chiamati antidepressivi triciclici. Amitriptilina agisce sulle sostanze chimiche del cervello che possono essere instabili. E 'usato per trattare i sintomi della depressione.
Indicazioni
Utilizzare questo farmaco esattamente come è stato prescritto dal medico. Evitare di mangiare pompelmo o bere succo di pompelmo perchè può influenzare il livello di ciclosporina nel sangue. Per ottenere i migliori risultati, continuare ad usare il farmaco secondo le istruzioni.
Precauzioni

Possibili effetti collaterali

Interazioni farmacologiche
Prima di iniziare ad utilizzare il farmaco,si informi il medico se si utilizzano regolarmente altri farmaci. Il farmaco può interagire con gli inibitori MAO, farmaci anti-aritmici, adrenalina, SSRI, neurolettici e antagonisti del recettore H2. Evitare di bere succo di pompelmo o mangiare pompelmo.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Saltare la dose, se è tempo per la dose successiva. Non prendere dosi extra per compensare le dosi dimenticate.
Sovradosaggio
I sintomi da sovradosaggio possono includere:debolezza,dolore toracico, battito cardiaco irregolare o capogiri. Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 68-77 F (20-25 C). Conservare lontano da umidità e luce. Usare il farmaco entro 60 - 90 giorni dopo l'apertura della bottiglia. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini e lontano da animali domestici.
