Instrucciones
Es necesario consultar a un médico con respecto a la ingesta de dosis adecuada. Siga cuidadosamente todas las direcciones. Evite sobrepasar la dosis o tomar el medicamento por más tiempo de lo que se aconseja. Este medicamento no se mastica,se aplasta o se rompe, e debe tragarla pastilla entera con un vaso lleno de agua. Se puede tomarlo simultáneamente con los alimentos. Por lo general, se recomienda tomar Venlor una vez al día por la mañana o por la tarde.
Precauciones
Notifique a todos los médicos, dentistas y farmacéuticos que visita que usted está tomando este medicamento. En caso de que usted está a punto de comenzar a tomar medicamentos nuevos, informe a su médico o farmacéutico que usted ya está tomando Venlor. Este medicamento se prescribe con precaución en caso de que sufre de enfermedades del hígado o del riñón (hepatitis o cirrosis), el glaucoma, la hipertensión y la insuficiencia cardíaca. No use este medicamento en caso de que usted está embarazada (planea quedar embarazada) o en periodo de lactancia. Siga las instrucciones de su médico acerca del tipo y la cantidad de líquidos, alimentos, suplementos alimenticios y otros medicamentos que se le permite tener al mismo tiempo con este producto. No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad.
Contraindicaciones
Este medicamento está contraindicado en pacientes que muestran hipersensibilidad a la misma. Venlor también está contraindicado en mujeres embarazadas lactantes y los niños. Asimismo, no debe ser utilizado consentaneously con un inhibidor de la monoaminooxidasa, ya que puede causar el síndrome de la serotonina puede ser mortal. Evite consumir alcohol durante el tratamiento con Venlor.
Posibles efectos secundarios
Los efectos secundarios más habituales incluyen náuseas / vómitos, fiebre, trastornos digestivos (diarrea), visión borrosa, disfunción sexual. A veces, una reacción alérgica puede ocurrir. Esto no es una lista completa de todos los posibles efectos secundarios. Otros pueden ocurrir en algunos pacientes y puede haber algunos efectos secundarios que no se conocen todavía. En cualquier caso, notifique a su médico o al centro local de envenenamiento de inmediato si usted experimenta cualquier efecto secundario que sea molesto para ti.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Este medicamento es capaz de interactuar con una clase de psicotrópicos, estabilizadores del estado de ánimo medicamentos como los inhibidores de la monoaminooxidasa o IMAO se usan para tratar la depresión (isocarboxazida, tranilcipromina), antidepresivos, que actúan como un inhibidor selectivo de la recaptación de serotonina (fluvoxamina, citalopram) y se utilizan para tratar la depresión y los trastornos de ansiedad, drogas antipsicóticas típicas (flufenazina) se usan para tratar la esquizofrenia y las fases agudas de manía del trastorno bipolar, antagonistas del receptor H2 (cimetidina, ranitidina, famotidina, nizatidina) que inhiben la producción de ácido estomacal y se utiliza para tratar la úlcera péptica y gastroesofágico la enfermedad del reflujo, los agentes antiarrítmicos, tales como bloqueadores de los canales rápidos (quinidina, procainamida, disopiramida, etc), betabloqueantes (propranolol, esmolol, timolol, etc), los bloqueadores de los canales lentos (verapamilo, diltiazem, etc) que se utilizan para suprimir anormal los ritmos del corazón. Venlor debe ser cuidadosamente administrado en combinación con la hierba de San Juan.
Dosis omitida
En caso de haber perdido a tomar una dosis de este medicamento, tómela tan pronto como sea posible. Si ya está supuesto a tomar la siguiente dosis, no tome la dosis que olvidó y mantenga a su horario de dosificación normal. No tome dos dosis de inmediato.
Sobredosis
Si usted sospecha que ha usado demasiado de este medicamento, busque atención médica de emergencia inmediatamente. Debe hacerlo incluso si los síntomas de malestar o intoxicación no se han indicado a la vez. Es posible que necesite atención médica urgente. Por lo general, los síntomas de sobredosis incluyen pérdida de apetito y de peso, trastornos del sueño, somnolencia, mareos, fatiga, dolor de cabeza, palpitaciones y síncope.
