Diflucan (Fluconazole)

Diflucan est un antibiotique du groupe des antifongiques. Il est prescrit pour le traitement des infections fongiques. Il peut être également utilisé pour traiter les infections vaginales, de la gorge et les infections fongiques, des voies urinaires, les péritonites, et la pneumonie.
Posologie
Il est recommandé de prendre le médicament suivant la prescription de votre médecin. Prenez-le une fois par jour avec ou sans nourriture.
Précautions
Avant de commencer votre traitement au Diflucan, veillez informer votre médecin de tous vos états de santé: maladies du foie ou du rein. Evitez la consommation de boissons alcoolisées. Le médicament peut donner du vertige, soyez donc plus attentif.
Contre-indications
Les patients présentant une hypersensibilité au fluconazole ou à d'autres produits antifongiques d’azol, des troubles rénaux et hépatiques, des maladies cardiaques, des taux sanguins de calcium, de magnésium ou de potassium faibles, doivent éviter d’utiliser le médicament.
Effets secondaires possibles
L’urticaire, les difficultés respiratoires, le gonflement du visage, des lèvres, de la langue, ou de la gorge, des maux d'estomac, des nausées, de la fièvre légère, une perte d'appétit, de l’urine foncée, des selles couleur d'argile, la jaunisse (jaunissement de la peau ou des yeux), l’apparition de cloques, de la desquamation, et une éruption cutanée rouge, des ecchymoses ou des saignements, une faiblesse inhabituelle, de la fièvre, des frissons, des courbatures, des symptômes de grippe, des convulsions, sont les effets secondaires courants. Si vous ressentez l'un de ces effets, contactez votre médecin.
Interaction des médicaments
Diflucan peut avoir un interaction avec les anticoagulants (warfarine), la cyclosporine, les médicaments oraux de traitement du diabète; la rifabutine ou la rifampicine; les sédatifs (lorazépam diazépam, alprazolam, ou midazolam); les médicaments contre les accès; la théophylline.
Omission de dose
Prenez la dose oubliée dès que possible. S'il est presque l’heure de la prochaine prise, il suffit de sauter la dose omise et de revenir à votre horaire habituel.
Surdosage
Si vous pensez avoir pris une surdose du médicament, demandez de l’aide médicale d'urgence immédiatement. Les symptômes de surdosage sont des confusions ou des pensées ou des comportements inhabituels.
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à la température ambiante entre 59-77 °F (15-25 °C) à l’abri de la lumière et de l'humidité, hors de portée des enfants et des animaux domestiques.
