Precauciones
Antes de tomar Ceftin debe hablar con su médico si usted tiene enfermedad renal o hepática, enfermedades intestinales, alergia a los antibióticos cefalosporínicos, la penicilina, cualquier otra alergia. Este medicamento puede causar mareos o somnolencia. No conduzca o realice tareas que requieren vigilancia. Las personas mayores pueden ser más sensibles a los efectos secundarios de Ceftin.
Contraindicaciones
No tome Ceftin si usted es alérgico a la cefuroxima o cualquier otro ingrediente de este medicamento, a cualquiera de las cefalosporinas, o si usted está embarazada o amamantando.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Obtenga ayuda médica de emergencia si usted tiene dolor abdominal, diarrea, mareos, dolor de cabeza, náuseas, vómitos, fiebre, erupción cutánea, picazón, urticaria, prurito vaginal, falta de mamas, hinchazón de las manos, los pies, pérdida de apetito, somnolencia. Si usted nota otros efectos no mencionados anteriormente, consulte a su médico.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Dígale a su médico acerca de todas las medicinas que usted use, especialmente: diuréticos (furosemida, bumetanida, metolazona), antiácidos (carbonato de calcio), bloqueadores H2 (famotidina, ranitidina, cimetidina), los inhibidores de la bomba de protones (rabeprazol, esomeprazol, omeprazol), la fiebre tifoidea oral vacuna, probenecid. La interacción entre los dos medicamentos no siempre significa que usted debe dejar de tomar uno de ellos. Dosis olvidada
Tome la dosis que se ha olvidado tan pronto como sea posible. No tome la dosis olvidada si es la hora para su próxima dosis. No tome más medicina para alcanzar la dosis pasada.
Sobredosis

Almacenamiento
