Rulide est un antibiotique appartenant à une classe de médicaments appelés macrolides. C'est un antibiotique semi-synthétique qui a un ingrédient puissant actif - Roxithromycine. Ce médicament est visé à traiter les voies respiratoires (pharyngite, amygdalite, sinusite), des infections des tissus mous et des voies urinaires. Il réduit la croissance des bactéries en affectant le processus de leur synthèse protéique.
Posologie
Vous devez prendre Rulide une ou deux fois par jour, mais une dose quotidienne pour les adultes ne doit pas dépasser 300 mg. Un cours habituel de traitement prend 7 - 10 jours.
Précautions
La posologie doit être ajustée en cas d'une insuffisance hépatique, de la cirrhose hépatique, de la jaunisse et de l'ascite. Ce médicament peut également affecter la composition du lait maternel, donc pour éviter un effet négatif possible sur votre enfant, l'allaitement ou le traitement avec ce médicament doit être immédiatement arrêté.
Contre-indications
Vous devez arrêter de prendre Rulid si vous y êtes hypersensible ou si vous prenez en même temps des médicaments avec l'ergotamine qui provoque la constriction des vaisseaux sanguins utilisé pour traiter la migraine.
Effets secondaires possibles
La plupart des effets secondaires réguliers incluent des troubles digestifs (diarrhée, tympanisme, douleur épigastrique, muguet gastrique), des nausées, des vertiges, des maux de tête, la fatigue, des réactions allergiques (éruption d'ortie, urticaire, enflure de la langue et du visage).
Interaction des médicaments
Rulide peut augmenter les concentrations plasmatiques de la théophylline en cas de l’interaction avec un autre médicament. Si vous prenez simultanément des médicaments contenant de la warfarine et de l'érythromycine, Rulide peut nuire à leur activité.
Omission de dose
Surdosage
Généralement Rulide est bien toléré, cependant si vous souffrez de graves réactions allergiques (éruption d'ortie, urticaire, enflure de la langue et du visage), vous devez consulter immédiatement votre médecin.
Conservation
Ce médicament est conservé à température ambiante entre 59-77 F (15-25 C) à l’abri de la lumière et de l'humidité, des enfants et des animaux domestiques. Ne l'utilisez pas après la date d'expiration.
