L'ibuprofene è un farmaco antinfiammatorio non steroideo. È indicato per il trattamento di sintomi di artrite, dismenorrea primaria e febbre. Ha un effetto antiaggregante.
Indicazioni
Si consiglia di prendere la medicina come prescritto dal medico. Assumere il farmaco con un bicchiere d'acqua. Inghiottire la pillola intera. Non superare la dose consigliata.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare il trattamento con Ibuprofene è necessario informare il medico se si è allergici al farmaco, se si soffre di morbo di Parkinson, malattie epatiche o renali, pressione alta, se si è in stato di gravidanza o nel periodo di allattamento. Non assumere bevande alcoliche e non fumare. Persone di mezza età possono essere più sensibili al farmaco.
Controindicazioni
Ai pazienti con una ipertensione sodio sensibile e ipersensibilità all’ ibuprofene non è consentito l’utilizzo del farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Gli effetti collaterali possono essere i seguenti: secchezza della bocca, vertigini, irritabilità, sedazione, insonnia, ritenzione urinaria. Effetti indesiderati gravi sono improbabili. Se necessario, cercare immediatamente assistenza medica.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Ibuprofene interagisce con i seguenti medicinali: i NSAIDs (farmaci antinfiammatori non steroidei) della famiglia salicilato e anticoagulanti. Consultare il proprio medico o il farmacista per ulteriori informazioni.
Dose mancata
Assumere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Se è quasi ora della dose successiva basta non assumerla e tornare ad assumere il farmaco come previsto.
Overdose
Se si pensa di avere assunto un sovradosaggio del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica. I sintomi di sovradosaggio possono essere: dolore al petto, nausea, battito cardiaco irregolare e sensazione di testa leggera o svenimento.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 20-25 °C (68-77 gradi F) lontano dalla luce e dall'umidità. Conservare tutti i farmaci lontano dalla portata dei bambini e da animali domestici.
