Duphaston est un médicament qui contient l'ingrédient actif dydrogestérone considéré comme une hormone sexuelle féminine synthétique qui ressemble à l'hormone sexuelle naturelle - la progestérone. Il est utilisé pour traiter un large éventail de troubles menstruels dus au manque de progestérone dans le corps féminin. Dydrogesterone aide à réguler la croissance saine et l'excrétion normale de la muqueuse utérine. Principalement, il peut être utilisé pour traiter: les douleurs abdominales et des saignements pendant la grossesse (menace de fausse couche) ou des antécédents de fausses couches (avortements habituels), des douleurs abdominales associées aux périodes menstruelles (dysménorrhée), l’absence de menstruations pendant l’utilisation des oestrogènes, l'endométriose, l'infertilité féminine, des saignements menstruels irréguliers lors de la prise des oestrogènes, le syndrome prémenstruel.
Posologie
Chaque symptôme doit être traité en suivant les instructions exactes du médecin. En cas d'endométriose, prenez 10 mg de Duphaston deux ou trois fois par jour, du 5ème au 25ème jour de votre cycle. Pour traiter l'infertilité, prenez 10 mg par jour de la 14e à 25e jour de votre cycle. Le processus de traitement est effectué successivement en trois, six et plus cycles suivants.
Précautions
Dans le cas où vous êtes enceinte ou allaitez, consultez votre médecin avant de prendre ce médicament. Une forme de traitement par l'oestrogène (hormonothérapie de remplacement) doit être effectuée lorsqu’un examen médical général est passé, incluant également un examen gynécologique et une mammographie.
Contre-indications
Dans le cas de l'hypersensibilité à Duphaston, du syndrome de Dubin-Johnson (une augmentation de la bilirubine conjuguée sans élévation des enzymes hépatiques) ou du syndrome de Rotor (troubles bénins de bilirubine récessif autosomique) ce médicament ne peut pas être pris.
Effets secondaires possibles
Une gamme d'effets secondaires potentiels associés avec ce médicament comprend: des nausées, des vomissements, des vertiges, des gonflements, des réactions cutanées telles que des éruptions cutanées et des démangeaisons, une sensibilité des seins, des saignotements entre les menstruations.
Interaction des médicaments
L'effet atteint en prenant Duphaston peut être réduit à cause du phénobarbital (un médicament sédatif barbiturique visant à traiter l'épilepsie).
Dose oubliée
Dans le cas où vous n'avez pas pris la dose prescrite à temps, consultez immédiatement votre médecin au sujet des mesures de suivi.
Surdosage
Il n'y a aucune information concernant les effets possibles de surdosage. Dans le cas où vous pensez que vous avez une surdose du médicament, cherchez de l'aide médicale d'urgence immédiatement.
Conservation
