DIDROGESTERONA é um activo da progesterona oral, que age directamente sobre o útero, produzindo um secretor endométrico completo num estrogénio para ferrar o útero. A níveis terapêuticos, didrogesterona não tem efeito contraceptivo, uma vez que não inibe ou interfere com a ovulação ou com corpo lúteo.
O que devo dizer ao meu médico antes de tomar este medicamento?
Ele precisa de saber se tem alguma destas condições:
- hemorragia vaginal não diagnosticada
- distúrbios tromboembólicos
- reacção alérgica à didrogesterona, outros medicamentos, alimentos, corantes ou conservantes
- se está grávida ou a tentar engravidar
- se está a amamentar
Como devo tomar este medicamento?
Tome este medicamento por via oral com um copo de água. Pode tomar este medicamento com ou sem alimentos. Tome o seu medicamento em intervalos regulares. Não tome o seu medicamento mais do que indicado. Não salte doses ou pare o seu medicamento mesmo que se sinta melhor, excepto se for por aconselhamento do médico.
