Mircette (Desogestrel/ethinyl Estradiol)

Allgemeine Information

Anweisung

Nehmen Sie Mircette so ein, wie es von Ihrem Arzt verschrieben wird. Nehmen Sie Ihre erste Pille am ersten Tag der Periode oder am ersten Sonntag nachdem die Periode beginnt. Die ersten 21 Tabletten enthalten den Wirkstoff. Die nächsten zwei Tabletten enthalten keinen Wirkstoff, und die letzten fünf Tabletten enthalten nur Ethinylestradiol (kein Desogestrel). Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Vor der Einnahme von Mircette sollen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt sprechen, wenn Sie einen Schlaganfall oder Herzinfarkt, Blutgerinnsel oder eine Gerinnungsstörung, Brustschmerzen, Bluthochdruck (Hypertonie), Gelbfärbung der Augen oder der Haut, hohe Cholesterinwerte, Erkrankungen der Gallenblase, Depressionen, Diabetes, Epilepsie, hohes Cholesterin, Lebererkrankungen, Leberversagen, Zirrhose, Hepatitis, Lebertumoren, Krebs, ungeklärte vaginale Blutungen haben. Verzichten Sie auf Zigaretten oder Tabak. Es erhöht das Risiko eines Schlaganfalls, Blutgerinnsels, Bluthochdrucks und Herzinfarkts, vor allem bei Frauen älter als 35 Jahre. Wenn Sie Diabetes haben, kann dieses Medikament es schwieriger machen, den Blutzuckerspiegel zu kontrollieren.

Kontraindikationen

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie Übelkeit und Erbrechen, Durchbruchblutungen, Änderungen in den Augen, Blähungen, Änderungen in der Libido, Kopfschmerzen, Brustspannen und Erweiterung, Akne, vaginalen Juckreiz oder Ausfluss, Nervosität, Brustschmerzen, Zärtlichkeit, verstärkter Haarwuchs, Veränderungen im Gewicht oder Appetit, Stimmungsschwankungen, niedriges Fieber, dunklen Urin, Knoten in der Brust, Magenkrämpfe haben. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Wechselwirkung

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle Arzneimittel, die Sie einnehmen können, besonders über Aminoglutethimid, Barbiturat Medikamente (Butalbital, Phenobarbital, Pentobarbital), Antibiotika, Cyclosporin, Aprepitant, Beschlagnahme Medikamente (Oxcarbazepin, Topiramat, Phenytoin, Carbamazepin), Atorvastatin, Modafinil, Selegilin, Protease-Inhibitoren (Atazanavir, Indinavir, Ritonavir, Amprenavir), Theophyllin. Wechselwirkung zwischen zwei Medikamenten nicht immer bedeutet, dass Sie die Einnahme einer von ihnen aufhören müssen. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle verschreibungspflichtige und rezeptfreie Arzneimittel, Vitamine und Phytopharmaka, die Sie einnehmen.

Verpasste Dosis

Verpasste Pille vergrößert Ihre Gefahr, schwanger zu werden. Wenn Sie eine 'aktive' Pille verpassen, verwenden Sie zwei Pillen so bald wie möglich und kehren Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Verpassen Sie zwei 'aktive' Pillen hintereinander in der ersten oder zweiten Woche, nehmen Sie zwei Pillen täglich während zwei Tage. Dann weiter wie geplant. Überdosierung

Aufbewahrung
