Instrucciones
Tome Altace exactamente según lo prescrito por su médico. Los límites recomendados para los adultos la dosis de 2,5 mg a 20 mg al día en 1 o 2 dosis divididas. Para tratar la presión arterial alta, la dosis inicial habitual es de 2,5 mg una vez al día. Para las personas que usan diuréticos, su médico puede comenzar con una dosis menor de 1,25 mg al día. Para las personas en mayor riesgo de eventos de enfermedad cardíaca, la dosis inicial recomendada es de 2,5 mg una vez al día, aumentando gradualmente a 10 mg al día. Para el tratamiento después de un ataque al corazón la dosis inicial recomendada es de 2,5 mg dos veces al día, el aumento de cada 1 a 3 días.
Precauciones
Antes de tomar Altace debe hablar con su médico si usted tiene enfermedad renal o hepática, diabetes, artritis reumatoide, síndrome de Marfan, lupus, esclerodermia, enfermedades de la sangre. Este medicamento puede reducir el estado de alerta, especialmente al comienzo del tratamiento. No conducir o realizar tareas que requieren vigilancia.
Contraindicaciones
No tome Altace si usted es alérgico al ramipril oa cualquiera de los ingredientes del medicamento, la lactancia materna, embarazo, si usted tiene angioedema, hipotensión arterial, estenosis de la arteria renal.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Busque atención médica de emergencia si tiene náuseas, tos, mareos, diarrea, vómitos, dificultades sexuales, debilidad, dolor de cabeza, somnolencia, latidos cardíacos irregulares, dolor en el pecho, dolor de garganta, presión arterial baja, erupción en la piel, entumecimiento, problemas de coordinación o el equilibrio, hinchazón, dolor abdominal, dificultad para respirar, urticaria. Si usted nota otros efectos no mencionados anteriormente, consulte a su médico.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Dígale a su médico acerca de todas las medicinas que usted use, especialmente: medicamentos anti-inflamatorios (indometacina, el naproxeno), la insulina, reducir la presión arterial medicamentos, diuréticos (furosemida, espironolactona), medicamentos orales para la diabetes (gliburida, gliclazida), litio, potasio cloruro. La interacción entre los dos medicamentos no siempre significa que usted debe dejar de tomar uno de ellos. Dosis olvidada
Tome la dosis que se ha olvidado tan pronto como sea posible. No tome la dosis olvidada si es la hora para su próxima dosis. No tome más medicina para alcanzar la dosis pasada.
Sobredosis
Si usted piensa que tiene una sobredosis de la medicina debe buscar ayuda médica de inmediato. Los síntomas de sobredosis son desmayo, sentirse muy mareado, aturdido.
Almacenamiento
Guarde el medicamento a temperatura ambiente entre 59-86 grados F (15-30 grados C) lejos de la luz y la humedad.
