Posologie
Utilisez Tenormin à la même heure chaque jour avant le repas ou avant le coucher. Prenez Tenormin exactement comme il a été prescrit pour vous. Évitez de boire de l'alcool et ne prenez pas le médicament en plus grandes quantités ou pour plus longtemps que recommandé par votre médecin. Ne sautez pas de doses puisque l'arrêt brusque peut aggraver votre état. Si vous avez besoin d'avoir de l'intervention chirurgicale, informez le chirurgien que vous prenez ce médicament.
Précautions
Prenez ce médicament avec un verre plein d'eau à la même heure chaque jour. L'arrêt brusque peut aggraver votre état. L’hypertension artérielle ne présente souvent aucun symptôme, par conséquent vous pouvez même ne pas sentir que vous avez une pression artérielle élevée. Continuez d'utiliser ce médicament comme prévu. Il est obligatoire d'informer votre médecin avant la chirurgie que vous prenez ce médicament.
Contre-indications
Une pression artérielle élevée, une maladie du sinus, un bloc auriculo-ventriculaire, une insuffisance aiguë, des troubles du flux sanguin périphérique, l'allaitement maternel. Avant de prendre ce médicament, avisez votre médecin si vous avez: l'asthme, le diabète, l’insuffisance cardiaque congestive, la dépression, la maladie du foie ou des reins.
Effets secondaires possibles
Une réaction allergique, des difficultés respiratoires, un gonflement du visage, des battements cardiaques lents, des nausées, des douleurs abdominales, une fièvre, une perte d'appétit, l’urine foncée, des selles couleur d'argile, une diarrhée.
Interaction des médicaments
Vous ne devez pas utiliser Tenormin si vous êtes allergique à l'aténolol, ou si vous avez certaines maladies cardiaques telles que des battements cardiaques lents ou un bloc cardiaque. Avant de prendre ce médicament, avisez votre médecin si vous souffrez d'asthme, de bronchite chronique ou d'emphysème. N’utilisez pas des anti-inflammatoires non stéroïdiens, des œstrogènes, des sympathomimétiques.
Omission de dose
Sautez la dose oubliée s'il est temps pour votre prochaine dose. Ne prenez pas de doses supplémentaires pour compenser la dose oubliée.
Surdosage
Une surdose peut provoquer des battements cardiaques irréguliers, un essoufflement, des étourdissements, une faiblesse, des évanouissements, des ongles bleutées, des convulsions. Informez-en immédiatement votre médecin.
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à température ambiante de 25 ° C (77F). Conservez-le à l'écart de l'humidité et de la lumière.
