Instrucciones
Es necesario consultar a un médico con respecto a la ingesta de dosis adecuada. No deje de tomar la medicina a menos que sea permitido por su médico. Administre la ingesta por vía oral con un vaso lleno de agua. La cantidad de la dosis depende de la enfermedad, la edad y las condiciones generales de los pacientes. Debe ser administrado individualmente dependiendo de severidad del caso. Para tratar la estenocardia los pacientes deben tener taquicardia supraventricular 40-80 mg tres veces al día. 480 mg es la dosis diaria prescrita para tratar la hipertensión arterial. Los niños menores de 5 años de edad toman 40-60 mg de Verampil por día.
Precauciones
Notifique a su médico sobre cualquier otro medicamento que pueda estar tomando, además de éste. Tomando este medicamento con una cierta clase de otros medicamentos puede resultar en el aumento o disminución de los efectos o alterar en cualquiera de los fármacos. Dígale a su médico si usted experimenta un bloqueo AV, y la respuesta ventricular rápida. Este medicamento es capaz de poner en peligro sus reacciones, por lo tanto, usted debe tener mucho cuidado al conducir o realizar cualquier acción que requiera una alta concentración de la atención y reacciones rápidas. Levántese despacio si se sienta o se acuesta. En caso de que usted se levanta rápido puede causar mareos. Evite consumir toronja, jugo de toronja o beber alcohol durante el tratamiento con este producto.
Contraindicaciones
Este medicamento está contraindicado en pacientes con hipotensión arterial hepática o insuficiencia renal, bloqueo sinoauricular, síndrome del seno enfermo, de Wolf-Parkinson-White (WPW), Lown-Ganong-Levine en combinación con arritmia ciliar. Consulte a su médico antes de tomar, en caso de que el plan son el embarazo, estar embarazada o dando de lactar ya que este medicamento puede causar daño al feto y excretan en la leche materna. La lactancia materna debe ser detenida mientras una madre reciba este medicamento.
Posibles efectos secundarios
Usted tiene que notificar de inmediato a su médico si usted sufre de síntomas molestos tales como dificultad al respirar, de avance lento, opresión en el pecho, hinchazón de la boca, cara, labios, lengua, párpados, mareos, sensación de mareo, visión borrosa, sequedad de la boca, sensación de desmayo, palpitaciones, náuseas, ataxia, la elefantiasis gingival, hiperemia de piel, agranulocitosis, adormecimiento dedos, agitación, ginecomastia, migrañas agudas, dolor de estómago, dolor muscular y de articulaciones. Una reacción adversa a un medicamento también puede incluir bradicardia, hipotensión, taquicardia, estenocardia, asistolia. En algunos casos puede causar infarto de miocardio, especialmente en pacientes con enfermedad coronaria obstructiva. Esto no es una lista completa de todos los posibles efectos secundarios. Otros pueden ocurrir en algunos pacientes y puede haber algunos efectos secundarios que no se conocen todavía. En caso de que se han experimentado efectos secundarios no mencionados anteriormente, busque inmediatamente atención médica de emergencia.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Dosis omitida
En caso de haber perdido a tomar una dosis de este medicamento, tómelo tan pronto como sea posible. Si ya está supuesta a tomar la siguiente dosis, no tome la dosis que olvidó y mantener su horario de dosificación normal. No tome dos dosis de inmediato.
Sobredosis
Si usted sospecha una sobredosis o sufre de cualquier efecto adverso que no figuran en esta lista, inmediatamente busque ayuda médica y consulte a su médico. Los síntomas de sobredosis implican una sensación de estar mareado, aturdido, hipotensión, náuseas, bradicardia, arritmia cardíaca.
Almacenamiento
Guarde este producto a temperatura ambiente entre 15-30 C (59-86 F) lejos de las fuentes de luz del sol, el calor y la humedad. No lo guarde en el baño. Mantenga este producto fuera del alcance de los niños y las mascotas. No aplique los restos de la medicación después de la fecha de caducidad.
