Informations générales
Fempro est dans le groupe des médicaments appelés antibiotiques de type céphalosporines. Fempro combat des bactéries dans le corps. Il est utilisé pour traiter le cancer du sein chez les femmes qui sont post-ménopausées c'est-à-dire les femmes qui n'ont plus des périodes ou naturellement, en raison de l’âge de la femme.
Posologie
Tout d'abord, veuillez consulter votre médecin. Le médicament est disponible sous forme des comprimés contenant 2,5 mg de l'ingrédient actif, du létrozole. Il peut être pris avec ou sans nourriture, mais avec un verre d'eau. Ne prenez le médicament que si votre médecin vous l’a prescrit avec la dose appropriée.
Précautions
Avisez votre médecin si vous souffrez d'une maladie grave du foie. Votre médecin pourrait prendre des précautions particulières pendant que vous prenez ce médicament. Ne prenez pas Femara si vous êtes enceinte ou allaitez. Il peut affecter votre bébé si vous le prenez alors que vous êtes enceinte ou allaitez. Ce médicament peut provoquer des vertiges.
Contre-indications
Ne prenez pas Fempro si vous êtes enceinte.
Effets secondaires
Avisez votre médecin si vous êtes allergique à d'autres médicaments, aux aliments ce qui peut se manifester par l’urticaire, éruption cutanée, difficulté à respirer, gonflement du visage aussi que des bouffées de chaleur, maux de tête, prise de poids, nausées. Cessez de prendre le médicament et informez votre médecin si les effets indésirables énumérés ci-dessus s'aggravent.
Interaction des médicaments
L’administration de la dose de 20 mg une fois par jour entraîne une diminution des concentrations du létrozole dans le sang. Informez votre médecin de tous les médicaments, des produits à base de plantes, des suppléments alimentaires et des vitamines que vous prenez. Avisez votre médecin si vous prenez d'autres médicaments pour traiter le cancer.
Omission de dose
Prenez la dose oubliée dès que possible. S'il est presque temps pour votre prochaine dose suivante, sautez la dose oubliée et reprenez votre horaire habituel. Ne prenez pas des doses supplémentaires pour compenser la dose oubliée.
Surdosage
L’administration de ce médicament n’est pas dangereuse pour la vie. Informez votre médecin si vous soupçonnez un surdosage.
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à température ambiante entre 20-25 C (68-77 F). Conservez-le à l'écart de l'humidité et de la lumière. Ne gardez pas le médicament dans la salle de bain. Gardez-le hors de portée des enfants et loin des animaux domestiques.
