Indicazioni
Prima di tutto consultare il proprio medico. Il farmaco è disponibile in compresse che contengono 2,5 mg di letrozolo, che è il principio attivo di Fempro . Può essere assunto a stomaco pieno o vuoto, con un bicchiere d'acqua. Si consiglia di prendere il farmaco nelle modalità con cui è stato prescritto dal medico.
Precauzioni
Si Informi il proprio medico se si ha una grave malattia al fegato. Il medico può decidere di prendere particolari precauzioni durante il trattamento con Fempro. Non prendere il farmaco in caso di gravidanza o d'allattamento poiché potrebbe causare danni al vostro bambino. Questo farmaco può causare vertigini.
Controindicazioni
Non prendere Fempro in caso di gravidanza.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Se si è allergici ad altri farmaci o cibi che possono aver causato orticaria, eruzioni cutanee, difficoltà respiratorie, gonfiore del viso e anche vampate di calore, cefalea, aumento di peso, nausea informare il proprio medico. Smettere di assumere il farmaco e contattare il medico se le reazioni avverse sopra elencate tendono a peggiorare.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Assumere una dose di 20 mg una volta al giorno porta ad una diminuzione della concentrazione nel sangue di letrozolo. Informare il medico su tutti i farmaci, prodotti erboristici, integratori alimentari e vitamine che si assumono. Informare il proprio medico se si prendono altri farmaci per curare il cancro.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose saltata non appena possibile. Se è quasi tempo di prendere la dose successiva saltarla e ritornare al vostro programma. Non prendere dosi extra per compensare le dosi dimenticate.
Sovradosaggio
L'assunzione di questo farmaco non crea pericolo per la vita. Informare il proprio medico se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco.
Conservazione
Conservare Fempro a temperatura ambiente tra i 20-25 C °(68-77 F) e lontano da umidità e luce. Non conservare il farmaco in bagno. Tenere fuori dalla portata di bambini e lontano da animali domestici.
