Instrucciones
Tome Zofran exactamente como lo indique su médico. Este medicamento puede tomarse con o sin alimentos. Tome el Zofran con un vaso lleno de agua. No se trague la tableta entera. Deje que se disuelva en su boca sin masticarla. Para prevenir las náuseas de la quimioterapia, tome este medicamento por vía oral generalmente dentro de 30 minutos antes de comenzar el tratamiento. Para prevenir las náuseas de la radioterapia, tome este medicamento por vía oral 1 a 2 horas antes del comienzo de su tratamiento. Para prevenir las náuseas después de la cirugía, tome ondansetrón por vía oral 1 hora antes del inicio de la cirugía.
Precauciones
Antes de tomar Zofran dígale a su médico si usted tiene enfermedad del hígado o problemas estomacales / intestinales. Zofran puede perjudicar su pensamiento o reacciones. Tenga cuidado si usted conduce un automóvil. Limite las bebidas alcohólicas. Para minimizar los mareos y aturdimiento, levántese lentamente al levantarse de una posición sentada o acostada.
Contraindicaciones
Usted no debe usar Zofran si usted es alérgico al ondansetrón. Dígale a su médico si está embarazada o amamantando. No se recomienda para niños menores de 4 años de edad.
Los posibles efectos secundarios

Interacciones con otros medicamentos

Dosis olvidada

Sobredosis

Almacenamiento
