Instrucciones
Tome Cordarone exactamente según lo prescrito por su médico. Tome este medicamento por vía oral, generalmente una o dos veces al día. Usted puede tomar este medicamento con o sin alimentos. Tome este medicamento con un vaso lleno de agua. La dosis inicial recomendada para adultos oscila por lo general de 800 mg a 1600 mg por día durante las primeras 1-3 semanas en dosis divididas. La dosificación final se reduce a 200 mg a 400 mg una vez al día.
Precauciones
Antes de tomar Cordarone usted debe hablar con su médico si usted tiene asma u otra enfermedad pulmonar, enfermedad hepática, problemas de visión, presión arterial alta o baja, trastorno de la tiroides, desequilibrio electrolítico, o si usted tiene un marcapasos o un desfibrilador en su pecho. Este medicamento puede causar mareos. No conduzca o realice tareas que requieran estar alerta. Limite el consumo de las bebidas alcohólicas. Evite comer toronja o beber jugo de toronja mientras toma este medicamento. Evite la exposición prolongada al sol, las cabinas de bronceado y las lámparas solares.
Contraindicaciones

Posibles efectos secundarios
Busque atención médica de emergencia si usted tiene náusea, vómito, estreñimiento, pérdida del apetito, temblores, cansancio, tobillo o hinchazón en las piernas, el aumento de dificultad para respirar, mareos, desmayos, latido irregular del corazón, hinchazón de la cara, lengua, garganta, erupción, el peso pérdida, adelgazamiento del cabello, visión borrosa, pérdida de la visión, ictericia (coloración amarillenta de la piel o los ojos), orina oscura, debilidad, falta de coordinación, problemas para dormir (insomnio), dolor de estómago, fiebre baja, entumecimiento, períodos menstruales irregulares. Si usted nota otros efectos no mencionados anteriormente, póngase en contacto con su médico.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Dígale a su médico acerca de todas las medicinas que usted use, especialmente: medicamentos anticonvulsivos (fenitoína, felbamato, carbamazepina), el corazón o la presión arterial (metoprolol, bumetanida, triamtereno), medicamentos para el ritmo cardíaco (quinidina, disopiramida, amiodarona), medicamentos reductores del colesterol (fluvastatina, cerivastatina, simvastatina, lovastatina), betabloqueantes (propranolol, bisoprolol, metoprolol, atenolol), medicamentos antifúngicos (voriconazol, itraconazol, fluconazol, ketoconazol), antibióticos (claritromicina, telitromicina, eritromicina), el VIH / SIDA los medicamentos (ritonavir , indinavir, atazanavir, delavirdina), analgésicos narcóticos (morfina, codeína), insulina, diuréticos (furosemida, torasemida, bumetanida), anticoagulantes (warfarina), antidepresivos (doxepina, nortriptilina, amitriptilina, imipramina), la digoxina no esteroideos anti-inflamatorios no esteroideos (naproxeno, ibuprofeno, etodolac, indometacina, diclofenaco). La interacción entre dos medicaciones no siempre significa que usted debe dejar de tomar uno de ellos. Dosis omitida

Sobredosis

Almacenaje
