Dosis y la dirección
Este medicamento se receta para el uso como un spray nasal, así que no lo trague o no se lo inyecte en la boca. Controle la cantidad de líquido durante el tratamiento con desmopresina - no debe consumir demasiado agua durante un día. La dosis recomendada es de 0,1 a 0,4 ml (1-4 sprays) por día para adultos y 0.05 a 0,3 ml (1-2 sprays) por día para niños entre 3 meses a 12 años de edad, pero será mejor si usted consulta con su médico.
Precauciones

Interacción con otros medicamentos
Evite beber alcohol en comparación con desmopresina. Tenga cuidado, usando desmopresina con fármacos para aumentar la presión arterial (dopamina, adrenalina, efedrina, Levophed), clofibrato, gliburida, la epinefrina, la carbamazepina, la clorpropamida, demeclociclina, diuréticos (diuréticos) - se necesita una consulta con el médico.
