Motilium (Domperidone)
Información general
Motilium está indicado para el tratamiento de los vómitos de orígenes diferentes, hipo, el tracto gastrointestinal atónicas, la necesidad de acelerar el peristaltismo de examen con rayos X, dispepsia causada por el estómago lento, enfermedad por reflujo gastroesofágico, esofagitis, gases, acidez, con o sin paso del contenido gástrico en la boca. Funciona bloqueando los receptores dophamin pereferal y central. Suaviza las náuseas y los hipos.
Instrucciones
Se recomienda tomar el medicamento como se lo indique su médico. La dosis inicial es de 10 mg 3-4 veces al día. Se puede incrementar el tiempo de 20 mg 3 a 4 por día. Tome el medicamento 30 minutos antes de la comida.
Precauciones
Las mujeres que amamantan no pueden tomar el medicamento. Las mujeres embarazadas pueden tomar después de la aprobación del médico.
Contraindicaciones
Los pacientes con hipersensibilidad, hemorragia en el tractogastrointestinal, obstrucción intestinal mecánica, la perforación delestómago o los intestinos, prolactinom y los niños no pueden tomar el medicamento.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Los efectos secundarios pueden ser los siguientes: espasmos transitorios del intestino, las reacciones alérgicas (erupciones en la piel, urticaria),hiperprolactinemia (galactorrea, ginecomastia).
Interacción con otros medicamentos
Motilium puede interactuar con domperidona, medicamentos anticolinérgicos, agentes antifúngicos azólicos, antibióticos macrólidos,inhibidores de la proteasa, nefazodona (antidepresivo).
Dosis olvidada
Tome la dosis que se ha olvidado tan pronto como sea posible. Si es casi la hora de la nueva ingesta, omítala y vuelva a su horario.
Sobredosis
Si usted piensa que tiene una sobredosis de la medicina debe buscar ayuda médica inmediatamente. Los síntomas de sobredosis son somnolencia, desorientación, trastornos extrapiramidales.
Almacenamiento
Guarde el medicamento a temperatura ambiente entre 59 a 77 F (15-25C) lejos de la luz y la humedad, fuera del alcance de los niños y las mascotas.
