Crixivan (Indinavir Sulfate)

Allgemeine Information

Crixivan gehört zu der Klasse von Medikamenten, die als Protease-Hemmer bekannt sind. Es wird in Kombination mit anderen HIV-Medikamente verwendet, um die Infektion zu behandeln, die durch Humanes Immundefizienzvirus (HIV) verursacht wird. HIV ist das Virus, das für erworbenes Immunitätsmangelsyndrom (AIDS) verantwortlich ist. Crixivan ist kein Heilmittel für HIV. Es verhindert die Ausbreitung von HIV auf andere durch sexuellen Kontakt oder kontaminiertes Blut nicht. Dieses Medikament kann auch verwendet werden, um eine HIV-Infektion nach einem Kontakt mit dem Virus zu verhindern.

Anweisung

Nehmen Sie Crixivan so ein, wie es von Ihrem Arzt verschrieben wird. Nehmen Sie dieses Medikament durch den Mund mit einem vollen Glas Wasser ein. Die empfohlene Dosis für Erwachsene beträgt 800 Mg mit Wasser jede 8 Stunden eingenommen. Bei Menschen mit leichter bis mittelschwerer Lebererkrankung, beträgt die empfohlene Dosis 600 Mg jede acht Stunden. Es soll eine Stunde vor oder 2 Stunden nach einer Mahlzeit eingenommen werden. Um das Risiko von Nierensteinen zu verringern, trinken Sie mindestens 6 volle Gläser Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten im Laufe des Tages.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Vor der Einnahme von Crixivan sollen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt sprechen, wenn Sie Nierensteine, Lebererkrankungen, Leberversagen, Leberzirrhose, Hepatitis, Diabetes, Hämophilie, Diabetes, Herzprobleme, koronare Herzkrankheit, Herzinfarkt, Nierenerkrankungen, Niereninsuffizienz, irgendwelche Allergien haben. Kinder können zu den Nebenwirkungen dieses Arzneimittels empfindlicher sein. Die Einnahme von Indinavir wird Sie nicht daran hindern, HIV auf andere Personen durch ungeschützten Geschlechtsverkehr oder die gemeinsame Nutzung von Nadeln zu übergeben. Vermeiden Sie die Einnahme dieses Medikaments mit dem Essen mit hohem Kalorien-, Fett= und Proteingehalt, da das seine Wirkung verringern kann.

Kontraindikationen

Nehmen Sie Crixivan nicht ein, wenn Sie zu Indinavir oder irgendwelchen Zutaten von diesem Medikament allergisch sind, wenn Sie einige der folgenden Medikamente einnehmen: Alprazolam, Amiodaron, Astemizol, Cisaprid, Ergotamin-Derivaten (Ergotamin, Dihydroergotamin), Midazolam, Pimozid, Terfenadin, Triazolam. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, wenn Sie schwanger sind oder stillen.

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie Magenschmerzen, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Sodbrennen, Appetitlosigkeit, Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Schläfrigkeit, Schwäche, Verwirrung, Dehydratation, wunde Stellen im Mund, Muskelschmerzen oder Schmerzen, Herzklopfen, erhöhter Durst, vermehrtes Wasserlassen, Gelbfärbung der Haut oder der Augen, Gewichtsverlust, Schmerzen beim Wasserlassen, Blut im Urin, dunklen Urin, hellen Stuhl, Brustschmerzen oder Druck, Abschuppung, Blasen, Rückenschmerzen, Schüttelfrost, Fieber, Hautausschlag, Juckreiz, Schwellungen von Gesicht, Zunge, Hals, Schwierigkeiten beim Atmen haben. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Wechselwirkung

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle Arzneimittel, die Sie einnehmen können, besonders über Anfall Medikamente (Phenytoin, Felbamat, Carbamazepin), HIV / AIDS-Medikamente (Nevirapin, Lamivudin, Ritonavir, Zidovudin), Phosphodiesterase-Typ-5-Inhibitoren (Sildenafil, Sildenafil, Vardenafil), Insulin, Herz-Rhythmus-Medikamente (Chinidin, Flecainid, Amiodaron), Cyclosporin, Tacrolimus, cholesterinsenkenden Arzneimitteln (Fluvastatin, Cerivastatin, Simvastatin, Lovastatin), Kalziumantagonisten (Nimodipin, Verapamil, Nifedipin), Antidepressiva (Fluoxetin, Amitriptylin, Citalopram, Nortriptylin, Doxepin), Antibiotika (Telithromycin, Erythromycin, Clarithromycin), Fluticason. Wechselwirkung zwischen zwei Medikamenten nicht immer bedeutet, dass Sie die Einnahme einer von ihnen aufhören müssen. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle verschreibungspflichtige und rezeptfreie Arzneimittel, Vitamine und Phytopharmaka, die Sie einnehmen.

Verpasste Dosis

Nehmen Sie die verpasste Dosis so bald wie möglich ein. Wenn es fast Zeit der folgenden Einnahme ist, lassen Sie es gerade aus und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Nehmen Sie keine Extradosis ein, um die verpasste Dosis zusammenzusetzen.

Überdosierung

Wenn Sie denken, dass Sie das Arzneimittel überdosiert haben, suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe. Die Überdosis-Symptome sind: Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Durchfall, Schmerzen im unteren Rücken, Blut im Urin.

Aufbewahrung

Bewahren Sie das Arzneimittel bei der Raumtemperatur zwischen 59-86ºF (15-30ºC) weg vom Licht und der Feuchtigkeit auf. Nicht im Badezimmer aufbewahren. Bewahren Sie alle Arzneimittel weg von Kindern und Haustieren auf.
