Instrucciones

La acetazolamida se da por 1 o 2 días antes de que se supone comenzar a subir. Usted debe seguir tomándola, mientras que usted está subiendo. La acetazolamida es capaz de interactuar con fármacos inmunosupresores y anti-inflamatorios, tales como la ciclosporina y el diflunisal, con medicamentos anticonvulsivos para tratar la epilepsia principales y parciales como la primidona, también con otros fármacos utilizados para aliviar el dolor y la fiebre, para reducir la inflamación, y para prevenir accidentes cerebrovasculares (aspirina como las drogas), con los estabilizadores del humor tales como el litio (Lithobid, Eskalith).
Dosis olvidada
Si se ha olvidado una dosis, tómela tan pronto como sea posible. En caso de que sea casi la hora para la toma de la siguiente dosis, evite la dosis olvidada y mantenga a su horario de dosificación normal. Evite hacer alcanzar la dosis pasada mediante la adopción de una extra.
Sobredosis
En caso de que usted sospecha una sobredosis, busque inmediatamente ayuda médica o informe a su profesional de la salud. La sobredosis puede provocar una sensación de somnolencia, torpeza, manos y pies hormigueo, mareos, dolor de pecho, síncope, palpitaciones.
Almacenamiento
Este medicamento se almacena a temperatura ambiente entre 68-77 grados F (20-25 grados C) lejos de la luz y la humedad. Evite almacenar la droga en el baño. Mantenga todos los medicamentos fuera del alcance de los niños y las mascotas.
