Precauciones

Contraindicaciones
Usted no debe tomar Mysoline si usted es alérgico a éste, a primidona, o a cualquiera de los componentes inactivos de la medicina, al fenobarbital, está embarazada o amamantando, o si tiene porfiria.
Posibles efectos secundarios
Busque atención médica de emergencia si tiene dificultades para hablar, pérdida del equilibrio o la coordinación, fácil aparición de moretones o sangrado, mareos, somnolencia, náuseas, vómitos, pérdida del apetito, visión borrosa, impotencia, pérdida de interés en el sexo, urticaria, dificultad para respirar, hinchazón de su cara, labios y lengua. Si usted nota otros efectos no mencionados anteriormente, póngase en contacto con su médico.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Dígale a su médico acerca de todas las medicinas que usted use, especialmente: barbitúricos (butalbital, el pentobarbital, fenobarbital, amobarbital), los medicamentos antidepresivos (nefazodona, vilazodone, bupropión), benzodiazepinas (diazepam, lorazepam, clorazepato, triazolam), medicamentos antifúngicos (fluconazol, ketoconazol , itraconazol), medicamentos para el VIH o el SIDA (indinavir, atazanavir, fosamprenavir, ritonavir), narcóticos (codeína, morfina, oxicodona), medicamentos anticonvulsivos (carbamazepina, fenitoína). Dosis omitida
