Urispas pertenece al grupo de M-cholinoreceptors bloqueadores. Urispas es conocido por sus propiedades relajantes musculares y trabaja a través de afectar el músculo liso. Su objetivo es tratar los espasmos de la vejiga urinaria y aliviar los síntomas de la cistitis intersticial, disuria, urgencia, nocturia, dolor suprapúbico, frecuencia e incontinencia como puede ocurrir en la cistitis, prostatitis, uretritis y urethrocystitis.
Instrucciones
Aplique este medicamento exactamente como se prescribe. Se debe administrar por vía oral y la dosis estándar general para adultos y niños mayores de 12 años de edad es de 100-200 mg tres veces al día. Cuando los síntomas se alivian, la dosis puede ser reducida.
Precauciones
Notifique a su médico sobre cualquier otro medicamento o suplementos alimenticios que usted puede tomar aparte de éste. Este medicamento se administrará con precaución en caso de que la historia clínica del paciente incluye el bloqueo del estómago o intestinales como el íleo, sangrado del estómago o el intestino, el ácido-enfermedad por reflujo, estreñimiento crónico, colitis ulcerosa, taquicardia, bradicardia, insuficiencia cardiaca, glaucoma, insuficiencia renal o hepática, miastenia grave, agrandamiento de la próstata, el hipertiroidismo. Este medicamento puede afectar su estado de alerta, las reacciones y causar visión borrosa, así que tenga cuidado al conducir o en hacer algo que demande que se mantenga alerta y atento. Siga las instrucciones de su médico acerca del tipo y la cantidad de líquidos, alimentos, suplementos alimenticios y otros medicamentos que se le permite tener al mismo tiempo con este producto.
Contraindicaciones
Este medicamento está contraindicado en pacientes con obstrucción pilórica o duodenal, lesiones intestinales obstructivas o íleo, acalasia, hemorragia gastrointestinal, uropatía obstructiva.
Posibles efectos secundarios
Los efectos secundarios más comunes asociados con Urispas incluyen: visión borrosa, estreñimiento, disminución de la sudoración, trastornos del sueño, vértigo, somnolencia, sequedad de boca, migrañas, pérdida del gusto, náuseas, agitación, reacciones alérgicas como erupción cutánea, urticaria, picazón de la piel, dificultad para respirar , dolor de pecho, boca, cara, labios, o inflamación de la lengua, disuria, palpitaciones, taquicardia, fatiga, vómitos, confusión mental, leucopenia.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
En caso de que usted no está seguro de si este medicamento es compatible con otros medicamentos o suplementos, hable con su médico o farmacéutico. Informe a su médico si usted ya está tomando medicamentos anticolinérgicos (Oxytrol, Ditropan, atropina, alcaloides de la belladona, escopolamina, benztropina, trihexifenidilo), fármacos antiespasmódicos (clidinio, diciclomina), los bisfosfonatos (alendronato, etidronato, risedronato), los medicamentos que contienen potasio, antihistamínicos (difenhidramina), anticonvulsivos (carbamazepina), medicamentos aplicados para el tratamiento de sueño o la ansiedad (por ejemplo, alprazolam, diazepam, zolpidem), relajantes musculares, analgésicos narcóticos (codeína), medicamentos psiquiátricos (clorpromazina, risperidona, amitriptilina, trazodona) , antimuscarínicos utilizados para tratar la incontinencia urinaria como la tolterodina (Detrol, Detrusitol, Vesicare).
Dosis omitida
En el caso de que se ha olvidado a tomar una dosis de este producto, tómelф tan pronto como sea posible. Si es casi la hora de tomar una dosis siguiente, no tome la dosis que olvidó y mantener su horario de dosificación normal. Evite compensar la dosis olvidada mediante la adopción de uno extra.
Sobredosis
