Valparin (Valproic Acid)

Allgemeine Information

Valproinsäure (VPA) ist eine chemische Verbindung und eine Säure, die als ein Antikonvulsivum und stimmungsstabilisierendes Mittel verwendet wird. Es ist das Medikament der ersten Linie, das bei der Behandlung von Epilepsie, bipolaren Störung und großen depressiven Störung verwendet wird. Es wird auch verwendet, um akute Migräne und Schizophrenie zu behandeln. Valproat-Säure soll mit dem Neurotransmitter GABA das Funktionieren des Gehirns beeinflussen, so dass es eine Alternative zu Lithium-Salze bei der Behandlung der bipolaren Störung ist.

Anweisung

Nehmen Sie Valparin so ein, wie es von Ihrem Arzt verschrieben wird. Bestimmen Sie eine richtige Dosis für Sie mit einem Therapeuten. Wenn sich Ihre Stimmung oder Ihr Verhalten extrem ändern, oder Sie an Depressionen leiden, ein Gefühl von starker Angst, Unruhe erleben, oder daran denken, sich selbst zu verletzen, informieren Sie sofort Ihren Arzt über diese Bedingungen, da sie potentiell lebensbedrohlich sind.

Kontraindikationen

Dieses Medikament wird bei Patienten kontraindiziert, die Überempfindlichkeit gegen einige Bestandteile der Verbindung haben. Sie müssen Ihren Arzt konsultieren, wenn Sie schwanger sind, planen, schwanger zu sein oder ein Kind stillen, denn dieses Medikament einen gewissen Schaden an einem Fötus zu provozieren kann oder in die Muttermilch absondern kann.

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie Schwindel, trockenen Mund, Fieber, akute Kopfschmerzen, Juckreiz, Übelkeit, Angstzustände, schwere Schlafsucht, Schwitzen, Zittern, Durchfall, Brechreiz, Appetitlosigkeit, Dyspepsie, Obstipation, Nystagmus, Amnesie, Bronchitis, Rhinitis, Alopezie, Müdigkeit, Gewichtsverlust, häufiges Wasserlassen , Bluthochdruck, erhöhten Appetit, Gedächtnisverlust, Herzklopfen, und Ataxie haben. Das ist keine vollständige Liste aller möglichen Nebenwirkungen. Andere können bei manchen Patienten auftreten und es kann einige Nebenwirkungen sein, die noch nicht bekannt sind. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Wechselwirkung

Falls Sie nicht sicher sind, ob dieses Arzneimittel mit anderen Medikamenten oder Ergänzungen kompatibel ist, sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker. Es ist bekannt, dass Valproinsäure mit einer Klasse von Antikonvulsiva, stimmungsstabilisierenden Medikamenten (Carbamazepin, Topiramat), Antidepressiva, die als selektive Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitoren (Fluvoxamin) wirken; mit Sympathicolytika-Betablocker (Propranolol), die Bluthochdruck, Panik und Angst behandeln; mit der Klasse von Makrolid-Antibiotika (Erythromycin), der Klasse von bakteriellen Antibiotika der Rifamycin-Gruppe (Rifampicin); mit einer Gruppe von Fluorchinolon-Antibiotika zur Behandlung bakterieller Infektionen (Sparfloxazin); mit antidopaminergen Medikamenten wie Antiemetika und Neuroleptika wie Droperidol; mit Antikoagulanzien oder Blutverdünner (Warfarin); mit Benzodiazepin-Klasse von Arzneimitteln, die Haupt-Benzodiazepin-Effekte (Lorazepam, Clonazepam) haben, mit einer Art von antiretroviralen Medikamenten, um HIV und AIDS (Zidovudin) zu behandeln; mit trizyklische Antidepressiva wie Nortriptylin zusammenwirken kann. Wechselwirkung zwischen zwei Medikamenten nicht immer bedeutet, dass Sie die Einnahme einer von ihnen aufhören müssen. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle verschreibungspflichtige und rezeptfreie Arzneimittel, Vitamine und Phytopharmaka, die Sie einnehmen.

Verpasste Dosis

Nehmen Sie die verpasste Dosis so bald wie möglich ein. Wenn es fast Zeit der folgenden Einnahme ist, lassen Sie es gerade aus und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Nehmen Sie keine Extradosis ein, um die verpasste Dosis zusammenzusetzen.

Überdosierung

Wenn Sie denken, dass Sie das Arzneimittel überdosiert haben, suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe. Tun Sie das auch, wenn es keine Anzeichen von Unwohlsein oder Vergiftung sind. Aufbewahrung

Bewahren Sie das Arzneimittel bei der Raumtemperatur zwischen 68-77ºF (20-25ºC) weg vom Licht, der Feuchtigkeit und Hitze auf. Nicht im Badezimmer aufbewahren. Bewahren Sie alle Arzneimittel weg von Kindern und Haustieren auf. Beachten Sie das Verfallsdatum!
