Instrucciones
Determine la dosis adecuada para usted y el calendario de admisión con un profesional de la salud entrenados en el tratamiento con suplementos de hierbas. En general, la dosis recomendada es de 2 o 3 cápsulas tomadas dos veces al día, 30 minutos o una hora después de las comidas. Trague con un vaso de agua tibia. Para mejorar la digestibilidad tómalo con el estómago vacío, media hora antes de las comidas.
