Prenez ce médicament une demi-heure avant d'aller vous coucher, en buvant un verre plein d'eau. Une gélule doit être prise le matin et deux autres dans la soirée. La dose maximale tolérée fait trois capsules par jour.
Précautions
Dans le cas de la consommation ou de l’addiction au tabac, à l’alcool ou aux drogues, ou dans le cas de la toxicomanie, de l’état dépressif, des problèmes avec les muscles, le foie ou les poumons, de la porphyrie aiguë chronique, de la maladie pulmonaire obstructive chronique, du glaucome ou de la disposition au glaucome, de la grossesse ou de l'allaitement, vous devez immédiatement consulter votre médecin avant de prendre ce médicament.

Effets secondaires possibles
Effets secondaires sévères se produisent rarement. Interaction des médicaments
Omission de dose
