Tadacip (Tadalafil)
Informazioni generali
Tadacip è prescritto per il trattamento della disfunzione erettile. Funziona solo in associazione con la stimolazione sessuale. Migliora il rilassamento della muscolatura liscia che permette aumentare il flusso sanguigno al pene per ottenere e mantenere l'erezione.
Indicazioni
Si consiglia di prendere la medicina come è stato prescritto dal medico. La dose iniziale raccomandata è di 20 mg al giorno.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare il trattamento con Tadacip informare il medico se si hanno malattie cardiache, anomalie del pene, tra cui il pene curvo e malformazioni congenite del pene, malattia coronariche, aritmie, angina, attacco cardiaco o insufficienza cardiaca, ipo o ipertensione, emorragie, mal di stomaco ulcere, diabete, iperlipidemia, anemia falciforme,precedenti di insufficienza epatica o renale.
Controindicazioni
I pazienti che assumono nitrati organici e pazienti con ipersensibilità al Tadacip non è possono utilizzare il farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Gli effetti collaterali possono essere: mal di testa, dolori muscolari, dispepsia, dolore alla schiena, rossore al viso, disturbi di stomaco, diarrea, sintomi simil-influenzali, nausea, ipotensione, visione offuscata e cambiamenti nella visione dei colori, e l'eiaculazione anormale.
Interazione farmacologica
Tadacip può interagire con l'alcol, il tabacco, tetranitrato Erythrityl, isosorbide dinitrato, isosorbide mononitrato, nitroglicerina, tetranitrato di pentaeritrite. I livelli e la tossicità di Tadacip aumentano in presenza di eritromicina, ketoconazolo, itraconazolo, ritonavir e indinavir. Informare il vostro medico tutti i farmaci che si sta assumendo.
Dose mancata
Tadacip viene utilizzato quando è necessario, quindi è improbabile che dimentica una dose.
Overdose
Se si pensa di aver assunto un overdose del farmaco chiamare l’ assistenza medica d’ emergenza immediatamente.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra 59-86 F (15-30 C) lontano dalla luce e dall'umidità.
