Cataflam est un anti-inflammatoire non stéroïdien (AINS). Le diclofénac est le principal composant de Cataflam. Diclofénac est utilisé pour traiter la douleur ou l'inflammation dûes à l'arthrite ou à la spondylarthrite ankylosante. N’utilisez pas ce médicament pour traiter une algie vasculaire. Cambia ne traite que le mal de tête qui a déjà commencé. Il n'empêchera pas les maux de tête et ne réduira pas le nombre d'attaques.
Posologie
Prenez Cataflam conformément aux prescriptions de votre médecin. Pour le traitement de la douleur ou de la dysménorrhée primaire la dose recommandée est de 50 mg trois fois par jour. Pour soulager l'arthrose, la posologie recommandée est de 100-150 mg / jour en prises distinctes. Pour soulager l'arthrite rhumatoïde, la dose recommandée est de 150-200 mg / jour en prises distinctes. Avalez le comprimé en entier. Si vous utilisez ce médicament pendant longtemps, votre fonction hépatique devrait être vérifiée par des tests sanguins fréquents.
Précautions
N’utilisez pas Cataflam juste avant ou après un pontage coronarien. Ce médicament peut provoquer des problèmes de cœur ou de circulation mettant la vie en danger tels que la crise cardiaque ou l’accident vasculaire cérébral, surtout si vous l'utilisez pendant longtemps. Ce médicament peut aussi provoquer de graves effets sur l'estomac ou les intestins, notamment un saignement ou une perforation. Ces conditions peuvent être mortelles et peuvent survenir brusquement pendant que vous prenez Cataflam, surtout chez les personnes âgées.
Contre-indications
Vous ne devriez pas utiliser ce médicament si vous êtes allergique au diclofénac, ou si vous avez des antécédents de réaction allergique à l'aspirine ou aux autres AINS. Avertissez votre médecin si vous souffrez de l'asthme, des ulcères d'estomac, de l’hypertension artérielle, de la crise cardiaque ou si vous fumez. Ne prenez pas Cataflam pendant la grossesse ou si vous allaitez. Ne donnez pas ce médicament à un enfant de moins de 18 ans sans avis médical.
Effets secondaires possibles
Obtenez de l'aide médicale d'urgence si vous avez: une douleur thoracique, un essoufflement, des troubles d'élocution, des troubles de vision ou de l'équilibre, l'urticaire, des difficultés respiratoires, des selles sanglantes, des nausées, une urine foncée, une perte d'appétit, des maux à l'estomac, des engourdissements, la faiblesse des muscles, le gonflement de votre visage ou de la langue. Les effets secondaires moins graves peuvent inclure: le bourdonnement dans les oreilles, une vision floue, des démangeaisons cutanées, des maux de tête, une diarrhée. Cataflam peut provoquer des effets secondaires graves qui peuvent entraîner des hospitalisations et même la mort.
Interaction des médicaments
Informez votre médecin de tous les autres médicaments que vous utilisez, notamment: l’anticoagulant (warfarine), l'isoniazide, la ciclosporine, la rifampicine, le sulfaméthoxazole, les diurétiques (furosémide), un médicament antifongique (fluconazole), des anti-inflammatoires non stéroïdiens (ibuprofène, méloxicam), des médicaments contre l'hypertension artérielle ou des troubles cardiaques (benazepril, le ramipril, énalapril). Informez votre médecin de tous les médicaments que vous utilisez, y compris sur ordonnance, en vente libre, des vitamines et des produits à base de plantes.
Omission de dose
Prenez la dose oubliée dès que possible. Sautez-la s'il est temps pour votre prochaine dose. Ne prenez pas de doses supplémentaires pour compenser la dose oubliée.
Surdosage
Si vous pensez que vous avez une surdose du médicament cherchez de l’aide médicale d'urgence immédiatement. Les symptômes de surdose sont des maux d'estomac, des selles sanglantes, des nausées, des évanouissements, des vomissements.
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à la température ambiante à l'abri de la lumière et de l'humidité. Conservez-le dans un emballage étanche.
