Celebrex (Celecoxib)

Celecoxib è un antinfiammatorio non steroideo (FANS). Agisce riducendo gli ormoni che causano infiammazione e il dolore nel corpo. La medicina è usata per trattare il dolore o l'infiammazione causati da condizioni come l'artrite, spondilite anchilosante, e dolori mestruali. Celecoxib è utilizzato anche nel trattamento della poliposi ereditaria.
Indicazioni
Prendere esattamente come prescritto dal medico. Assumere questo farmaco con un bicchiere pieno d'acqua, a stomaco pieno o vuoto. Non schiacciare, masticare, o rompere un compressa a rilascio prolungato. Inghiottire la pillola intera. Seguire le indicazioni presenti sull’ etichetta di prescrizione.
Precauzioni
Informare il proprio medico se si ha particolari allergie o malattie renali o del fegato. Non bere alcol e non fumare quando si assume questo farmaco. Evitare l'uso in caso di gravidanza.
Controindicazioni

Possibili effetti collaterali

Interazione farmacologica
Evitare l'assunzione di celecoxib insieme con altri FANS, farmaci ipertensione e aspirine.
Dose mancata
Saltare la dose, se è tempo per la dose successiva. Non prendere la medicina per due volte di seguito per compensare la dose dimenticata.
Sovradosaggio
Il sovradosaggio può provocare conati di vomito, mal di stomaco, vertigini, tosse con sangue, respirazione superficiale, o coma.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente 68-77 gradi F (20-25 gradi C). Conservare lontano da umidità e luce. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini e lontano da animali domestici.
