Questi sintomi sono generalmente causati da infezioni, lesioni, interventi chirurgici, cateteri, o altre condizioni che irritano il tratto urinario inferiore.
Indicazioni
Seguire le indicazioni riportate sull'etichetta di prescrizione. Assumere Pyridium a stomaco pieno.
Precauzioni
Se si hanno reazioni allergiche, problemi di sangue,se si soffre di glucosio-6-fosfato deidrogenasi (G6PD) o se si è in gravidanza evitare di utilizzare il farmaco.
Controindicazioni
Se si è allergici ad uno qualsiasi dei componenti del farmaco o se si soffre di malattie renale non utilizzare Pyridium.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Il farmaco può causare allergia, pelle pallida, minzione irregolare, perdita di appetito e perdita di peso, conati di vomito o ittero. Si informi il proprio medico su eventuali effetti collaterali insoliti o che vi recano particolare disturbo.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Eventuali interazioni sono sconosciute.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Saltare la dose, se è tempo per la dose successiva. Non prendere dosi extra per compensare le dosi dimenticate.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio possono includere:pelle ingiallita, conati di vomito o ittero.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 68 ed i 77 gradi F (20 e 25 gradi C). Conservare lontano da umidità e luce. Tenere fuori dalla portata di bambini ed animali domestici.
