Aygestin (Norethindrone Acetate)

Allgemeine Information

Es wird zur Empfängnisverhütung (Kontrazeption) verwendet, um eine Schwangerschaft zu verhindern. Dieses Medikament wird verwendet, um Frauen mit abnormen Blutungen aus der Gebärmutter zu behandeln. Es wird auch verwendet, um Frauen zu behandeln, deren Menstruationsperioden seit mehreren Monaten (Amenorrhoe) aufgehört haben, aber die nicht schwanger sind oder durch ein Klimakterium sind. Es ist nicht wirksam bei der Verhinderung von Fehlgeburten.

Anweisung

Nehmen Sie Aygestin so ein, wie es von Ihrem Arzt verschrieben wird. Nehmen Sie dieses Medikament durch den Mund ein. Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Vor der Einnahme von Aygestin sollen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt sprechen, wenn Sie hohen Blutdruck, Herzkrankheiten, Migräne, Nierenerkrankungen, Lebererkrankungen, Leberkrebs, Depressionen, hohen Cholesterinspiegel oder Triglyceridspiegel (Fettsäure) in Ihrem Blut, Asthma, Anfälle oder Epilepsie haben. Dieses Medikament kann bei Ihnen Schwindel verursachen. Fahren Sie das Auto nicht oder führen Sie keine Aufgaben aus, die Aufmerksamkeit erfordern. Einnahme von Hormonen kann zu einem erhöhten Risiko des Blutgerinnsels, Schlaganfalls oder Herzinfarktes führen, besonders wenn Sie rauchen und älter als 35 sind. Rauchen Sie nicht. Rauchen in Kombination mit diesem Medikament erhöht weiter das Risiko der Schlaganfälle, Thrombosen, des Bluthochdrucks und Herzinfarkts. Aygestin schützt Sie nicht vor sexuell übertragbaren Krankheiten, einschließlich HIV und AIDS. Die Verwendung eines Kondoms ist der einzige Weg, um sich vor diesen Krankheiten zu schützen.

Kontraindikationen

Sie sollen Aygestin nicht verwenden, wenn Sie schwanger sind oder stillen, zu Norethindron allergisch sind, oder wenn Sie Schlaganfall, Blutgerinnsel, Kreislaufprobleme, Brustkrebs, abnorme Vaginalblutungen, Fehlgeburt oder Abtreibung haben.

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie plötzliche Taubheit, Schwäche, Schwellungen an den Händen oder Füßen, plötzliche Kopfschmerzen, Stimmungsschwankungen, Verwirrung, Schmerz hinter den Augen, Schmerzen in der Brust, Probleme mit dem Sehen, Sprechen, oder Gleichgewicht, schnelle Gewichtszunahme, Schlafstörungen, Schmerzen im Beckenbereich, Erbrechen, Magenschmerzen, Übelkeit, Schwitzen, Gelbsucht (Gelbfärbung der Haut oder der Augen), Nesselsucht, Appetitverlust, dunklen Urin, Schwindel, Atemnot, Juckreiz oder Hautausschlag, Schwellungen von Gesicht, Lippen, Zunge, vaginalen Juckreiz oder Ausfluss, erhöhte Akne oder Haarwuchs, Änderungen in Ihrer Monatsblutung, verminderten Sextrieb haben. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Wechselwirkung

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle Arzneimittel, die Sie einnehmen können, besonders über HIV-Medikamente (Atazanavir, Saquinavir, Indinavir, Ritonavir, Fosamprenavir), Barbiturate (Butabarbital, Secobarbital, Phenobarbital, Amobarbital), antimykotische Medikamente (Fluconazol, Ketoconazol, Itraconazol), Rifamycin Antibiotika (Rifapentin, Rifampicin, Rifabutin), Griseofulvin. Wechselwirkung zwischen zwei Medikamenten nicht immer bedeutet, dass Sie die Einnahme einer von ihnen aufhören müssen. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle verschreibungspflichtige und rezeptfreie Arzneimittel, Vitamine und Phytopharmaka, die Sie einnehmen.

Verpasste Dosis

Nehmen Sie die verpasste Dosis so bald wie möglich ein. Wenn es fast Zeit der folgenden Einnahme ist, lassen Sie es gerade aus und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Nehmen Sie keine Extradosis ein, um die verpasste Dosis zusammenzusetzen.

Überdosierung

Aufbewahrung
