Effets secondaires possibles
Ce sont des maux de tête, des vertiges, une insomnie, une somnolence, une fatigue, une dépression, des nausées, une thrombophlébite, des troubles vasculaires cérébraux, des allergies, l'érosion du col de l'utérus, la dysménorrhée. Des doses élevées peuvent provoquer de l'acné, de l’hirsutisme, des changements du poids corporel, un faciès lunaire, de l’hyperthermie, une alopécie.
Interactions des médicaments
Informez votre médecin des médicaments que vous avez déjà pris. L’aminoglutéthimide diminue les concentrations plasmatiques de Provera.
Omission de dose
Sautez la dose oubliée s'il est temps pour votre prochaine dose. Ne prenez pas de doses supplémentaires pour compenser la dose oubliée.
Surdosage
Une surdose peut provoquer des vertiges, des maux d'estomac, des nausées, des vomissements ou des saignements vaginaux. Informez-en immédiatement votre médecin.
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à température ambiante entre 68-77 degrés F (20-25 degrés C). Conservez-le à l'écart de l'humidité et de la lumière. Gardez-le hors de portée des enfants et loin des animaux domestiques.
