Instrucciones
Utilice Serophene exactamente como se lo indique su médico. Tome cada dosis con un vaso lleno de agua. Clomifeno se toma generalmente en ciclos de 5 días. La dosis inicial recomendada es de 50 mg al día durante 5 días. Si la ovulación no ocurre en el primer ciclo después de usar el medicamento, la dosis de 100 mg al día durante 5 días se puede utilizar para el siguiente ciclo. No se recomienda utilizar este medicamento durante más de seis ciclos de tratamiento. La dosis máxima de este medicamento es de 100 mg al día durante 5 días.
Precauciones
Antes de utilizar Serophene a su médico si usted tiene: quistes ováricos, agrandamiento de los ovarios y síndrome de hiperestimulación ovárica, cambios en la visión, sangrado vaginal anormal, fibroides uterinos, o si usted es alérgico al clomifeno. El uso del clomifeno puede resultar en embarazos múltiples. No conduzca o realice cualquier actividad que requiera estar alerta.
Contraindicaciones
Usted no debe tomar Serophene si usted tiene enfermedad hepática, sangrado vaginal no diagnosticado, carcinoma de endometrio, si usted está embarazada o amamantando.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Deje de tomar Serophene y busque atención médica de emergencia si tiene visión borrosa, náuseas, rubor, vómito, dificultad para dormir, dificultad para respirar, hinchazón de los labios, la lengua, diarrea, urticaria, sensibilidad en los senos, dolor de cabeza, depresión mareos, pérdida del apetito.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
No existen interacciones conocidas. Dígale a su médico sobre todos los medicamentos, sobre los de venta libre y medicamentos a base de hierbas que está tomando.
Dosis olvidada
Tome la dosis que se ha olvidado tan pronto como sea posible. No tome la dosis olvidada si es la hora para su próxima dosis. No tome más medicina para alcanzar la dosis pasada.
Sobredosis
