Posologie
Vous devriez consulter votre médecin concernant le dosage approprié à votre cas. Prenez-le avec un grand verre d'eau. Ne pas dépasser la dose recommandée.
Précautions
Avant de commencer votre traitement à l’Accutane, informez votre médecin de tous les états de santé: allergie, diabète, problèmes d'ostéoporose, asthme, maladies cardiaques et rénales ou hépatiques. Evitez d’utiliser de la vitamine A, des boissons alcoolisées pendant le traitement. Les personnes peuvent être plus sensibles à l'Accutane.
Contre-indications
Les patients présentant une sensibilité à l'Accutane doivent éviter d’utiliser ce médicament.
Effets secondaires possibles
Des maux de tête, de la somnolence, des vertiges, de la constipation, des pertes de connaissance, des vomissements, de la diarrhée, des éruptions cutanées sont les effets secondaires courants. Les effets secondaires graves surviennent très rarement.
Interaction des médicaments
Accutane peut avoir une interaction avec les stéroïdes (prednisone), des antibiotiques du groupe de tétracycline, des médicaments contre les accès (phénytoïne).
Omission de dose
Si vous avez omis une dose d’Accutane, prenez-la dès que possible. Si l’heure de la prise suivante est proche, sautez la dose oubliée et reprenez votre horaire habituel. Ne prenez pas de double dose en une prise.
Surdosage
Si vous pensez avoir pris une surdose du médicament, demandez une aide médicale d'urgence immédiatement. Les symptômes sont des douleurs thoraciques, des nausées, des battements cardiaques irréguliers, et un étourdissement ou un évanouissement.
Conservation
Conservez Levitra Professional à la température ambiante entre 68 et 77 °F (20 et 25 °C), à l'abri de la chaleur, de l'humidité et de la lumière. Gardez Levitra Professional hors de portée des enfants et des animaux.
